"I have been to the plant and have seen waste, unwashed, non-recyclable plastic go into one end of the process and liquid oil and gas come out of the other end. So, I don't have to email the company and ask them to tell me anything."
Of course not. I'm sure your keen eye was able to determine the type and cost of the plastic fed in as well as the price the resulting oil/fuel would fetch. It would be downright silly for you to e-mail the company and ask.
For everyone else, it would be prudent to ask. Just because other people poo poo the idea of asking the company anything doesn't mean you investors should also be complacent. The reason people have lost up to 98% of their money is precisely because they didn't ask any questions and took Mr. Bordynuik at his word that he could make WTI-$3/bbl fuel at a cost of under $10/bbl. As the SEC has shown, Mr. Bordynuik is a swindler.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
