"So independent, third party validation is ridiculous?"
The NYDEC did not validate the technology. I have no idea in the world why you believe that. It's not true. You have a misconception.
The NYDEC did, however, check to make sure the emissions from PTOI weren't overly polluting and the NYDEC issued an air permit to PTOI so PTOI could pyrolyze plastic. That, contrary to what you believe, does not say that Plastic2Oil is commercially viable. Again, your assumption is wrong.
I'm all for independent third party validation. The SAIC validation would have been great if the results were released and showed there wasn't anything amiss, such as hiring SAIC to do only one segment while relying on PTOI's assumptions for the rest.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
