It is ridiculous that they are saying there isn't any evidence of a safety net when it is clearly stated. How obvious is it that this is at a no bid? Geniuses over there. I get frustrated because there is so much chatter but no movement and small negatives such as 3a10, late filing, and non flattering updates regarding jet fuel deals.... We just need 1 deal to close. Didn't Jerry say that they have other companies wanting the Mazut if the current does go though? Why not just close with one of those?
