Simple, you try running a company and having pps projection required to meet your goals then have a bashing group target you and scare away investors for the entire first year of trying. In my opinion they did everything they could afford to do until the pps got so low that selling the entire remaining AS can't even pay for a container shipment.

I have a very clear view of who to blame and it's not MRIB management though they probably could have kept tighter lips on their progress.
