my *thesis* is that a crew .. covering both PRO and CON (aka UP/DOWN)
works the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation
said *crew* entered PTOI .. in 2009 .. said PRO side of crew *orchestrated*
PTOI's pps on 2.5Million in volume (Dec 2009 total approx) and over a
handful of days worked PPS from approx 1.00 to 7+
still with me
that first *cycle UP* complete .. their job was done and it was the CON side's turn
to enter en masse
there was only one teeny tiny problem with that *handoff* in Jan 2010
that was the original investors and *entities* inability to *access* PTOI certs
which is why stock was *held* in a rather tight range until early May 2010
when i noted after WSB was 8k'd .. that that was the moment the shorts
were salivating for ...
but even that 8k .. couldn't make actual *shares* accessible
and so a 1M abusive short position would morph ever upwards .. month in and year out
add in another colluding entity .. and of course the dolts on speed dial and LONDON CALLING
and here we are .. in early 2015 ..
pilot ends on 5.1.15
Q1 FY2015 gets filed by mid May ..
imo as of last fall when it was *totally* obvious that FILTH was on FUMES (Sept)
and that P2O's filings for 2014 .. and *UPDATES* .. clearly indicated Prox Sales
(plural per RH) were in the works ..
it's why i noted *then* that for the first time ever .. the clock/calendar was working
in P2O investors' favor
i understand masters' dilemma
