I haven't studied these TFs..
but seems to be two common themes/actions/outcomes:
1) TF wants to offer deal to a struggling company like MRIB. They cash in and then want to extend more deal(s) so they can make more money.. This supports Chewy's view
2) TF wants to take money and run. This supports MBerg's view that they don't give a shit..
We need to see the fins to get more information how many more of these deals - Margrit signed on in the last quarter.
