They sue people, try to force companies into bankruptcy, and when that fails, report them to the SEC with prejudicial information. David Hallin ran his own personal pump and dump campaign on Treaty. Shortly after the Belize oil announcement, he sold Treaty shares for a profit and began a 24/7 bashing of Treaty. He probably also very heavily shorted Treaty. I'm glad Jessica Magee with the SEC now has that information thanks to Treaty's loyal shareholders.
