Paul Enright was the interim CEO of United Cannabis (CNAB). He basically acquired the shell of MySkin Inc. and merged United Cannabis into it, eventually turning it over to CNAB’s current BOD.

A handful of investors picked up on the NVSOS filings. They’re aware that Stevens took it over and that because he’s out of Denver, hopefully it will be marijuana.
What they haven’t picked up on is Stevens’ connection to Enright who merged in MJ to CNAB or much more about Somerset Capital other than Stevens runs it. After some extensive digging I found two direct connections linking Stevens and Somerset Capital directly to MJ.
