So lets see now. Apparently, you are upset that there are no immediately recent entries on the Engineering Blog. Of course, when one reviews the entries, they are mostly notifications of interruptions in service and their restoration. So, it sounds like you are upset that there have been no interruptions in service which required notification of the customer base. This is a bad thing?
As for the General Blog, the last entry was 10 hours ago, as I post these words. Sounds like signs of life to me.
Copyright date? Checking the Support Literature, the first downloadable document (which covers the TelVue Care product) carries a copyright date of 2014. So, I believe your claim of 2012 is in error.
If you wish to use the TelVue website as a means of creating FUD, you should at least actually attempt looking at the site. You will find it presents numerous "clues" that there is a living and functioning company behind it.
