Joel is trucking and processing the ore for first mining corp. He is not mining. No permits need to be obtained from joel. This is what was stated to me by one of panos's rep on the phone call I made. He stated that Joel was entitled to do anything under the MOU that was signed back in December. If people don't believe me, call placer mining corp, leave a message, and you will get a call back.
