One would think Mr. Heddle and PIPE investors would have vetted Mr. Bordynuik out as well as they had a direct financial interest where Tedx didn't. Yet Mr. Bordynuik bald-face lied to investors about the media credits and accredited investors swallowed every word. As long as investors look to others as a substitute for their own DD, they will be taken in.
