Roku's IPO does not effect Telvue one bit. What payment arrangements does roku have with telvue?? None, telvue gets paid by the "channel" it supports, that "channel" also pays Roku to be on Roku. Roku does not pay Telvue. Nor will it ever. No one said Telvue hasn't survived, the point is it has been a horrible investment and its history shows that. No expectation of shareholder value increasing either.
