IMHO the whole quiet period hinges upon the OMB appeal. If Industrial is overturned, or it is announced that we are grandfathered in, then I believe that license and a barrage of PR information will come very quickly.

If OMB does not go well, then the lawsuits start, and we reveal plan B.
