Yes it is. And my sermon has been exactly the same as it was when I ran across PTOI in 2010. I point out that the math doesn't work, I point out that investors should e-mail the company and ask what obstacles still stand in the way of any processor being put into profitable production, I point out that investors should demand evidence that the process really does add value and I point out that investors will see delays forever.
In turn, many investors absolutely refuse to evaluate that because it's all balderdash in their eyes and, as a result, they rode the stock down from as high as $7.00 down to the current $0.075...and continue to rail against the skeptics.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
