Seems to all come back to an audit, which I haven't seen any evidence of ,yet.

Highly unlikely the SEC would look favorable upon an unaudited, non-registered, non-reporting pink sheet, wanting to sell weed, filing a confidential registration. The SEC favors transparency and this would be anything but transparent, IMO.
