One way an investment community can stand behind their investment is to hold the leaders in that investment accountable. We don't have to do that with phone calls and emails. We already have the tools at our disposal. Facebook responses on their page, respectful of course, or tweets to their twitter acct if people use that social media.
I would recommend that we take the polite discussion to them. Some would call that sticking it to them. I call it holding them accountable to follow through on their words with actions.
DTL said it right. Fill the gaps. Replenish your supply and if you can't tell us why. Don't set deadlines that become failures. These small mistakes add up over time and are also some of the same reasons why we continue to circle the bowl.
