Plus Joel wants to get down to 1 billion shares. So at 50mil profit that's .05 per share earnings. Add in the 22x P/E Ratio for mining stocks with profits that's a market valuation of $1.10 per share. Oh wait, I forgot, that's just using the numbers for Keystone.
