That's what I'd call a "Positive Hypothetical Scenario".
Revenue has increased QtoQ but the debt has remained the same and the liabilities continue to grow. Please see the balance sheet pic below to confirm.
If those increasing revenues continue to remain uncollected, as has been the trend, it doesn't bode well for DUTV.
