Yes, I've heard it said many times here. I've also read McHenry's PR's, his Tweets, His Facebooks posts and even a few purportedly vicarious statements on his behalf.

Only when he is finally able to produce, via DUTV, on anything he's promised can I guarantee that I will "learn" something positive from him and DUTV.
