Didn't say debt free but buried in debt is certainly no benefit to a "start-up" company, especially when you consider that the majority of the revenue they need to pay that debt is in "Accounts Receivable".

5 Million plus in payables would bury most start ups. And revenues not matching that amount, coupled with most of those revenues still waiting to be received???

Am I missing something???
