Seems like the % of population that are jerks
latent or otherwise is about the same.

Thing is

With a larger population even though the %
may be unchanged the total number just grows and grows.

And then you may see them collect in one place like
California and they run in the streets together
or even parade in the streets in NYC annually..

Now that is a sight ..
