Ok fair enough so why was joel building a ball mill site at keystone if he was not going to be processing there? if he is not processing on-site does he have the permits to process where ever he is hauling the keystone ore? I don't think you can process ore in the u.s w/o proper environmental permits. This is why I would like joel to kindly respond to my questions.
