I don't know either way whether it was true or not that the roads to PTOI's plant were unplowed for most of the winter. However I would certainly bet that those roads were plowed last night.
Either way, it still doesn't answer whether or not PTOI has found any source of feedstock which, when fed into their pyrolysis process sprinkled with secret catalyst, can get converted to something more valuable coming out.
If plastic is fed into any pyrolysis process anywhere, it will be converted to an oil and that oil will have the same quantity and type of elements as pyrolysis oil coming out of PTOI's processor(s). How are the elements in PTOI's pyrolysis oil arranged into molecules worth over ten times that of the molecules in regular pyrolysis oil??
