should be a legit device!!! the 3.0 is perfect and the only reason its a tad big for the pocket ( but will fit ) is the battery which was designed for heavy use in a 24 hour period. this next one should be smaller and still have excellent power! cant wait to get one to go with my 1.0 2.0 2.5 and 3.0
