Hey guys, I rarely post on here (read daily), but seen a post on another board, and wanted your thoughts on the following subject:

Someone posted that the spinoff won't happen for a while, because we need to provide a full year of audited financials just to apply, and we haven't done so yet

Any feedback would be appreciated
