Very nice. All the U.S. has to do is simply ALLOW RESEARCH which they seem stuck on stupid to do. At the end of the day it is all about the money and slow as they are......it will hit them in the head one day soon and they will go: " Duhhhhh,, ohhh,,,,,ok." "Can we do that ? "
