Whether or not the company made the request to the transfer agent to not reveal the share structure, they are meeting all requirements in keeping shareholders informed. No one can say otherwise. I've heard some company transfer agents will update shareholders on a daily basis. I really don't see the point of that, even for control freaks. If the company share count changes by 5M shares in a day or two, is that going to drive someone's decision to remain invested? Seriously?
