That's right, zoom. We covered this topic over a year ago and I thought we had resolved it. I contacted the transfer agent directly, and I believe others did as well. I was told directly by an employee of the transfer agent that the company had not issued a "gag order" as many speculated, but that it was their policy to not disclose the float or shares issued on any company they represented.

The company regularly issues updates on the number of outstanding shares in their quarterly/annual reports to the SEC. Some investors felt they had a right to demand daily updates... ridiculous.
