I asked Jason about the 2:1 AS/OS share structure, but I don't think he'll answer me. GC said that they needed the 1b additional shares to create a 2:1 structure that "institutions" advised him on. He then went on to assure everyone about using the 1b for dilution by using the example of NV law only allowed proportional RSs, so they would not be diluting that way blah blah blah.

This is absolute crap. Once they break that 1b mark and the 2:1 is no longer intact, what is he going to do to preserve the share structure for uplist (that he said they were advised they needed)? More AS? In an ideal world if they received good money from DX through whatever means and they did a share buyback to recreate 2:1, that would be great. But if he needs more AS..... just wow.
