I don't know whether the roads are untouched or not but I would be inclined to believe it's true that the roads are unplowed without footprints. There are a lot of PTOI shareholders in the Niagara region so if it weren't true, we would hear about ten posts saying, "LOL!! I went past there and the roads are plowed!! Stupid bashers!!" However if the roads weren't plowed, the average shareholder driving by would see it but decide to keep his mouth shut rather than suggest anything negative.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
