Just for giggles I sent her this via e-mail an hour ago or so. I did send a correction e-mail that the day was Tues. and not Mon.
Good afternoon Jessica ... I wanted to bring to your attention trading activity for TECO on Monday, Feb 3rd, 2015 ....
It appears there were only two orders placed ...
1 for $.02
1 for $ 1.00
Bringing the PPS to $ .0001 from $ .0010
I know the former admin. of Treaty is under investigation for fraud and if found guilty they should pay the consequences.
But what is happening also is unfair to the shareholders and company. IMO this is a case of manipulation purposely to bring the PPS down and the research I have done it's illegal to do.
Since Treaty is under investigation is it possible for The SEC to investigate this as well ?
