Meow is not so business minded, but is also very wary of HVEL. Why cant they just do what they where going to that way it was?

With HVEL they remove the value of the gaming from NTEK ticker and later that leads to a lot of unissued shares in HVEL that will get issued and dilute us right away.

So if Meow thought NTEK - HVEL + Dilution via HVEL sooner than later = even less value in the end? Just feelings in Meows tummy, No expertise here, just a rumbling tummy.
