I am guessing mid-April is when the symbol goes up. I would expect mid-March you will hear tells of having it, and mid-April it will fly. This gives companies time to take some tax money off their books, and investors times to buy more shares. I expect to hear ICBT has been sold or in a joint venture, while Camwealth will fly under the ICBT/Joint Venture banner...
