Wrong it's 3 days not 20 days that current shareholders can't sell sometimes it could be 4 days depending on the brokers. the 20 days (trading days) is only how long the "D" stays on the Symbol before getting back it's original ticker.

YOU WROTE: You will. Not be able to sell your existing shares for 20 days,you can only buy tytnd shares.The share price will mean nothing for 20trading days because no one can sell.

On May 3rd we should get the "D" removed from TYTN
