So true.. But more importantly is that edit of "days" instead of "months." It means revenues are coming from SA much sooner which will help put an end to convertible diluting. Things are lining up here and I believe we are at the end game for the convertibles. In my opinion, TF's have been dumping and working the ihub board real hard to push the pps as low as possible before the last batch of the convertibles come due. They want them at the lowest price possible for execution. Also in my opinion, they will hold or transfer those shares to an affiliate via an arms length transaction through a market maker. Keeping just under the 10% of total outstanding shares would make them a lot of money. An example would be if MRIB shares got fully diluted to the Authorized, they would retain 179 million shares. If the pps corrects to .01 they will make $1.79 million... Defamation specialists are a necessity to them.
