I think one of the points that's being slightly misrepresented by the 'defenders' over there is the difference between Revenue and Income.

BCAP had 0 revenue in 2011.  They had net income for the year based on the forgiveness of debt (how biblical!).

The company's not solvent, and won't be, until they score some clients.  But that day is coming, hopefully!
