What makes me cringe is when Joel stated that a new land was bought/leased in Ghana because the other one can't be permitted. How in the world would you take other land in just few days stay in Ghana and have all the permits in place ready for operations. I'm a Realtor by profession those things don't happen in just days.

Joel don't need to paint a rosy picture without facts behind the truth. So many things he has mentioned not really supported by legal documents/facts and has become an issue to just let it go. I still support his endeavor but be careful of what you say noting this things become your habit of doing business. It's my tough love to you.
