I never claimed to own a Treaty rig worth 50k and file forged documents for a 2 million claim.
That was Max Maxey and x Treaty Director David Hallen, along with Jeff Morgan who the Feds are now stalking.....
David Hallin was a Directors for Treaty Energy.
