Thanks again. Its good to see and read some good news over here for BCAP. I have to admit, I'm a little fuzzy as to where we are really at with developments. Having to wade through the constant bashing with what little time I has made it a little tough to keep up.

Financials seemed to me to be really positive...are we still waiting on update about brokerage going through, and what about preferred shares? I guess I'm just looking for some REAL updates.
