They're not the smartest and this is obviously unfamiliar territory for most commissioners and they're faced with panic at the pace this whole industry is moving. They can make and get away with poor decisions if left uncontested. Don't leave any room for doubt cause bottom line is that the gov't will do everything to avoid embarrassment, and with as many lawyers involved in the company, learn the game, know your stuff, and eventually you can inform them.
