But as far as putting a processor at a customer site, a while ago Techisbest also correctly identified the transportation costs being saved. The issue is that transportation costs are the only difference. Tipping fees, etc could have been paid to PTOI for taking the waste.
Pacrat on IHub is also starting to put all of that together and he's getting closer to an answer. However he seems to believe the same as you about landfilling.
For the impact of transporting plastic, here are the numbers you can use--it costs about $25 per ton to transport material from the east coast all the way to the west coast by truck. It costs about $10/ton to transport bulk materials all the way across the ocean--maybe even cheaper lately since bulk transport is in the toilet and you can currently hire an entire cape size ship for $7,000 per day.
So the transportation costs to deliver plastic from the furthest reaches of the US or Canada to Niagara is only about $15/ton...or about $2 per barrel of whatever fuel is produced out of that ton. Keep in mind that Mr. Bordynuik was searching far and wide for free plastic for six years and he is supposedly the de facto expert on running the machines. Does it seem like that $2/bbl would make the difference between losing money and making money??

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
