An interesting question - I wonder if the authorities take a dim view of non-broker types offering stock advice on SMBs.....but I doubt that Pee Pee is concerned about being hauled into court and asked to pay restitution. The authorities have bigger fish to fry.

He will likely spend the next month or two trying to goad / prod / provoke / harry / chivvy / harass anyone who will take the bait into discussing his theories on things, which as we all know are hopelessly irrelevant to the pilot program, or any subsequent processor sales. And if / when the pilot program ends, he will try to downplay its significance by trying to link it to the company's past, and how the process is economically impossible because it violates his "simple math" theory (which has not only been refuted many times, but is also irrelevant). And if / when PTOI sells processors, he will launch a flurry of posts maligning the buyers, while regurgitating talking points about old, settled legal matters, and the "bad" character of the principals involved.

It is clear (to me) what his intent here is: to find any excuse to flood the board with his meaningless blather. One look at his posting history here will confirm that.

I do not expect him to apologize or grovel - but I will be pleasantly surprised if he does.
