Check out the Fifth Estate report that aired yesterday. There is a lot of competition for up and comers in this market and anyone can step in. They're all kissing Health Canada's feet for a chance to generate tax revenue. The Conservative gov't never wanted to be in this business but are forced to deal with demand. They will choose self-regulated, classy businesses with the least amount of work. No doubt they are short staffed which is why CEN will need to pull up their socks, prob not squeaky clean but HC has many choices out there and pressure from all. As for diverting to the RCMP, they can't touch U.S. OTC stock manipulation but they will re-do background checks. Should be fine - only more delays caused by bashers.
