no it's so much easier to illegally manipulate a poorly watched OTC stock
which is what *plenty* do there .. especially when *non interchangeables*
aka the heavy lifters enter the scene .. as i noted in 2010 and more frequently
in 2012 b4 the advent of the other colluding entity's non stop resets via compression >> 20 minutes of DD by those who did *collude and illegally orchestrate in Dec 2009 and May 2010* >> would have saved a whole lot of *aggregate efforts* thru the years ..
