We know 10s of millions shares were bought from the Kinross debacle till recently. We think it was mostly for Novamex (SRGE largest and controlling shareholder) which I have always felt was MSJ/SRGE insiders/officers. Legally, to pay those shareholders off which would include us, MSJ in my view would likely have to sell the company and then pay the shareholders as the purchase details were to follow. The concession titles appear to show MSJ has sold.
