I think a PE of 20 is about right at this time. Now consider NTEK has 10 x more outstanding shares than NFLX. Now with that considered, when we start seeing revenue grow at a nice steady clip the PE will start moving higher.
What was the purpose of that small buyback of 5mm shares and are they required to notify us of these buybacks? Was they thinking it would move the pps? Less than a 1% buyback is not restoring confidence one bit.
