Light Media (OTC Markets: LGMH), Inspirational Media Specialist, announced today the reaffirmation of its stock repurchase program. To date, Light Media has repurchased, via open market transactions, 269,400 common shares through January 26, 2015 at an average repurchase price of $0.0098/share, leaving an available stock repurchase amount of 1,980,600 shares via previously-announced Stock Repurchase Program. Light Media was granted DTC Eligibility on February 26, 2014, and currently has 7,274,977 common shares deposited into DTC 9Float: 9,779,600); and Total shares outstanding of: 44,313,500.
