Some additional thoughts....
Why consider a partial IPO? Potentially the IPO would:
1. Allow the market to understand/recognize the true value of both Dx and Rx
2. Provide the company some additional capital
3. Allow institutional investors to come onboard
4. Provide existing shareholders with a return they've been waiting for
5. Increase the value (sp) of both AMBS & AMBSDX
6. Allow the company and shareholders to retain the majority of the potential upside of the Dx. (Why sell for X when you can get 100x down the road).
7. Provide a blueprint of the "financial engineering" model for ESS, MANF RP, MANF XYZ...
