MDHI is the REAL DEAL, they paid 1M in stock, company had assets of $1M Cash and a $300K credit line.
Zero notes (per ceo) there Cash Flow Positive,
Revenues are Rapidly Growing, Revenue are UP 533% YOY, looking for revs to increase 2-3x in 2015
Multiple Acquisitions coming, they are going to be a BIG Player in the PERS industry.
Costco, only care about there footprint and there 56 million members.
