Whether PTOI is a scam or not, it seems the likely next 'major' press release is one which announces that EcoNavigation has tested the process and is doing handsprings at the impressive results. Then a few more pieces of news until PTOI is just on the cusp of being around the corner of actually getting cash for a processor...then the business plan will unfortunately change again.
